Streaming media over the internet is a form that’s been try and error over the years; mainly having to do with high cost and limited hardware resources. We are finally in a time where our resources transitioned substantially greater to meet the higher demands of online audio and video.
True streaming can be defined as such: a form that is transferred over the internet in real time. As opposed to downloading, which the user must wait for the file to play a video or multimedia of some kind. Streaming video is usually sent from prerecorded video files, but can be distributed as part of a live broadcast “feed”.
Our goal is to bring live streaming and video production to Atlantic Canada. We’ve partnered with corporate companies using top of the line cameras and equipment to broadcast and stream live their stories.
