Mud Creek Days in Wolfville, Nova Scotia

A celebration of mud!

The Bay of Fundy is well known for its record setting enormous tides, the Minas Basin happens to be an inlet for these waters.  Mud Creek Days is a week long festival to celebrate the strong currents that carry tons of silt into the Minas Basin; resulting in marvelous, murky, muddy waters in Wolfville’s harbour.

The many festivities include: mudsliding, fireworks, chocolate mud dessert contests and much more.
